摘　　要：本文主要针对催化干气制乙苯装置低负荷的运行情况进行了分析,对催化干气制乙苯装置进行了技改,并进行了效果分析。技改措施:干气进R101前增加一台与E117来的低温热水换热器E125、火炬回收气在精制单元增加单独的脱硫系统、增设污水罐D110、低流量运行机泵增加返罐线。技改后效果显著,干气加工量增至22000Nm3/h,循环苯量67t/h,侧线苯纯度99.31%,每天产乙苯增至260t~270t。It mainly analyzes the low-load operation of the catalytic dry gas to ethylbenzene unit,and carry out the technical modification of the catalytic dry gas to ethylbenzene unit,and carry out the technical modification effect analysis.Technical improvement measures:add a low temperature hot water heat exchanger E125 from E117 before the dry gas enters R101,Add a separate desulfurization system to the refining unit for the recovered gas from the flare,add a sewage tank D110,add a return tank line for low-flow operation pumps.After the technical transformation,the effect is remarkable.The dry gas processing capacity is increased to 22000 Nm3/h,the circulating benzene volume is 67 t/h,the sideline benzene purity is 99.31%,and the daily ethylbenzene production is increased to 260t-270t.
