小续命汤治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征临证体会

摘　　要：儿童过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征的病机关键在于“本虚”与“感邪”。本虚是内因,主要是肺、脾、肾三脏功能失调。感邪主要是感受风寒之邪,是过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征发病的外在条件。小续命汤具有益肺健脾、温阳化饮、解表散寒的功效,其组方与过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征本虚、感邪之病机完全吻合。临床上应用小续命汤治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎-哮喘综合征,可取得良好的疗效。The key mechanism of combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome in children is“deficiency of the root”and“the contraction of pathogens”.Deficiency of the root is the internal cause,which is mainly manifested by the dysfunction of the lung,spleen and kidney.Contracted pathogens are mainly wind and cold,which is the external condition of combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome.Xiaoxuming tang has the effect of tonifying the lung and fortifying the spleen,warming yang and resolving fluid retention as well as releasing the exterior and dissipating cold.Its prescription is completely consistent with the mechanism of allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome,which are“deficiency of the root”and“the contraction of pathogens”.Clinical application of Xiaoxuming tang for combined allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome in children can achieve a good curative effect.
