振动排痰联合益肺灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察振动排痰联合益肺灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床疗效。方法:选取92例COPD稳定期患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组遵医嘱进行常规治疗及护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予振动排痰联合益肺灸治疗,2组均治疗10 d。比较2组临床疗效;比较2组治疗前后肺功能指标及生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的82.61%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05),SGRQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:振动排痰联合益肺灸治疗COPD稳定期临床疗效较好,可改善患者的肺功能,提高其生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of vibration sputum elimination combined with Yifei moxibustion for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage.Methods:A total of 92 cases of COPD patients at stable stage were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing according to doctor's advice,and the observation group was additionally treated with vibration sputum elimination combined with Yifei moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 10 days.Lung function indexes and quality of life before and after treatment as well as clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.65%in the observation group,higher than that of 82.61%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of 36-Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of St George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The SF-36 score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the SGRQ score was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of vibration sputum elimination combined with Yifei moxibustion for COPD at stable stage has a satisfactory curative effect,and can improve lung function,quality of life.
