摘  要:介绍国医大师葛琳仪诊治老年病的临床经验。葛琳仪教授将老年病的病机特点总结为肾精为基,癸水为象;老年之体,易虚易实;病起隐匿,数病相兼。辨证上以望“神”为先,候肾中精气;观形闻声,察五脏盛衰;活用舌诊,探寒热虚实。立“正本清源,补虚导滞”为治则。常用治法有益气温阳通络法、益气养阴润燥法、滋阴潜阳熄风法、温肾健脾化湿法以及补肾填精益智法等。This paper introduces the clinical experience of GE Linyi,a Chinese medicine master,in diagnosing and treating geriatric diseases.According to the summary of the characteristics of pathogenesis of geriatric diseases by Prof.GE Linyi,the kidney essence is the basis and the kidney yin is the manifestation;the constitutions of the elderly easily change into deficiency or excess;the onset of disease is hidden,and sometimes several diseases coexist.In terms of syndrome differentiation,we should firstly inspect the vitality to examine the essential qi in the kidney,observe the body of patients and listen to their voices to examine the exuberance or debilitation of five-zang organs,and apply tongue diagnosis to detect the syndrome of cold,heat,deficiency or excess.We should take"treating the root,clearing the cause,supplementing deficiency,removing stagnation"as the principle.The common treatment methods include the method of boosting qi,warming yang and unblocking the collaterals,the method of tonifying qi,nourishing yin and moistening dryness,the method of nourishing yin,subduing yang and extinguishing wind,the method of tonifying the kidney,fortifying the spleen and resolving dampness,as well as the method of tonifying the kidney,supplementing essence and improving intelligence,and so on.
