益气养阴祛瘀方加减佐治干燥综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨益气养阴祛瘀方加减治疗干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法选取医院2017年7月至2020年7月收治的干燥综合征患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均予干燥综合征的常规治疗,观察组患者加用益气养阴祛瘀方加减。两组均连续治疗12周。结果观察组总有效率为92.50%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者口干咽燥、双目干涩、肤干便溏、乏力纳呆中医证候积分,干燥综合征A抗体(SSA)、干燥综合征B抗体(SSB)、类风湿因子(RF)水平均显著降低,免疫球蛋白(IgA,IgG,IgM)水平均显著升高,且观察组各指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(15.00%比10.00%,P>0.05)。结论益气养阴祛瘀方加减治疗干燥综合征有一定疗效,可改善患者的中医证候,降低SSA,SSB,RF等细胞因子水平,提高机体的免疫力。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Yiqi Yangyin Quyu Recipe in the adjuvant treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with Sjogren’s syndrome admitted to the hospital from July 2017 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the groups were given the routine treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome,and the patients in the observation group were added with Yiqi Yangyin Quyu Recipe.Both groups were treated continuously treated for 12 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores of dry mouth and throat,dry eyes,dry skin and loose stool,fatigue and stupidity,the levels of Sjogren’s syndrome A antibody(SSA),Sjogren’s syndrome B antibody(SSB)and rheumatoid factor(RF)decreased significantly,while the levels of immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG and IgM)increased significantly in the two groups,and all indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(15.00%vs.10.00%,P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Yiqi Yangyin Quyu Recipe has a certain effect in the adjuvant treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome,which can improve the TCM syndrome of patients,reduce the levels of SSA,SSB,RF and other cytokines,and enhance the immunity of the body.
