自拟解毒疏肝方联合吲哚美辛栓治疗原发性肝癌介入术后综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟解毒疏肝方联合吲哚美辛栓治疗原发性肝癌介入术后综合征的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年2月至2020年2月收治的原发性肝癌介入术后综合征患者98例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各49例。两组患者均予吲哚美辛栓治疗,观察组患者加用自拟解毒疏肝方。两组均治疗4周。结果观察组中途退出研究2例、更改治疗方案2例、失访1例,对照组自愿退出1例、失访2例、更改治疗方案1例,均予以剔除。观察组总有效率为88.64%,显著高于对照组的68.89%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者各症状评分及谷氨酰转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、总胆红素水平均明显降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者CD_(3)^(+)和CD_(4)^(+)水平及CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)均显著升高,CD_(8)^(+)水平均显著降低,且观察组变化幅度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(18.18%比11.11%,P>0.05)。结论自拟解毒疏肝方联合吲哚美辛栓治疗原发性肝癌介入术后综合征有一定疗效,能改善患者的各项症状及免疫功能,降低肝功能指标水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-made Jiedu Shugan Recipe combined with Indomethacin Suppository in the treatment of patients with postoperative syndrome after intervention therapy for primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 98 patients with postoperative syndrome after intervention therapy for primary liver cancer admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with Indomethacin Suppository,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with self-made Jiedu Shugan Recipe.Both groups were treated for four weeks.Results Two cases withdrew from the study,two cases changed the treatment plan and one case was lost to follow-up in the observation group,while one case voluntarily withdrew,two cases were lost to follow-up and one case changed the treatment plan in the control group,and all the patients above were excluded.The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.64%,which was significantly higher than 68.89%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores and the levels of glutamyltransferase(GGT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and total bilirubin(TBiL)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,while the level of CD_(8)^(+)in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the change in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(18.18%vs.11.11%,P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Jiedu Shugan Recipe combined with Indomethacin Suppository is effective in the treatment of patients with
