注射用红花黄色素不良反应个案报道文献分析

摘　　要：目的为注射用红花黄色素的临床安全使用提供参考。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库收载的注射用红花黄色素药品不良反应(ADR)的个案报道,检索时限为2003年1月1日至2021年6月2日,统计并分析ADR发生特点。结果共检索到相关文献22篇,提取病例40例;患者以60~70岁人群居多(40.00%),原患疾病主要为心脏类疾病(62.50%)和骨科相关疾病(25.00%),用药剂量合理率为70.00%,溶剂选择与用量的合理率为70.00%,ADR尤其是严重ADR多在用药后30 min内发生,累及多个系统/器官,最常见的为皮肤及其附件损害(28.71%)。结论临床应严格按药品说明书的适应证及用法用量使用注射用红花黄色素,用药后30 min内应加强监护,以便发生ADR时能及时采取措施,以降低用药风险,提高临床疗效。Objective To provide a reference for the clinical safe use of Safflower Yellow Pigment for Injection.Methods The case reports of adverse drug reactions(A DRs)induced by Safflower Yellow Pigment for Injection in CNKI,VIP and WanFang database were retrieved from January 1st,2003 to June 2nd,2021.The occurrence characteristics of A DRs were counted and analyzed.Results A total of 22 related reports were retrieved and 40 cases were identified.Most of the ADRs occurred in patients aged 60-74 years(40.00%),the patients’primary diseases were heart diseases(62.50%)and orthopedic related diseases(25.00%),the reasonable rate of drug dose was 70.00%,and the reasonable rate of solvent selection and dosage was 70.00%.ADR,especially severe ADR,occurred within 30 min after drug administration,and ADR involved multiple systems/organs,most commonly the skin and its accessories(28.71%).Conclusion The Safflower Yellow Pigment for Injection should be used according the indication,usage and dosage listed in the drug instructions,intensive care should be given within 30 min after administration,immediate measures should be taken in case of ADR to reduce the risk of medication and improve clinical efficacy.
