摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在抗肿瘤治疗不良反应处理中的作用。方法临床药师参与1例贝伐珠单抗致高血压中老年女性患者的降压治疗全过程,包括不良反应相关性判断,建议选择降压药物及药学监护、出院后的降压治疗及随访。结果医师采纳临床药师建议,患者血压降至正常范围内,头晕头痛症状缓解。结论临床药师参与抗肿瘤治疗全程,能提高患者用药的合理性和依从性,减少不良反应对疗效的影响。Objective To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the management of adverse reactions induced by antitumor therapy.Methods A clinical pharmacist participated in the whole process of anti-hypertensive treatment of an elderly female patient with hypertension induced by bevacizumab,including evaluation of adverse reaction correlation,recommendations on the selection of anti-hypertensive agents and pharmaceutical care,anti-hypertensive treatment and follow-up after discharge.Results The physician adopted the clinical pharmacist’s recommendations,the patient’s blood pressure fell to the normal range,and the symptoms of dizziness and headache were relieved.Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in the whole process of anti-tumor treatment can improve the rationality of drug use and compliance of patients,and reduce the impact of adverse reactions on the efficacy.
