和合消旋散联合654-2片治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨和合消旋散联合654-2片治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床效果。方法随机选取2019年5月—2021年4月该院收治的100例小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机分组方式将患儿分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患儿采用头孢克肟联合654-2片治疗,治疗组则采用和合消旋散联合654-2片治疗。对比两组患儿治疗后疗效。结果治疗前两组中医证候积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组中医证候积分较治疗前更低,治疗组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组在治疗前淋巴结横径和淋巴结纵径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组淋巴结横、纵径较治疗前有所减小,治疗组治疗后淋巴结横径和纵径均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前治疗组和对照组降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后PCT、IL-6和IL-8水平较治疗前有所下降,治疗组治疗后PCT、IL-6和IL-8水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率为90.00%高于对照组的74.00%,治疗1年内的复发率为6.00%低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.336、6.353,P<0.05)。结论和合消旋散联合654-2片治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎,具备缓解患儿症状表现,改善患体炎症反应的疗效,能降低疾病的复发率,临床治疗优势显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Hehe Xiaoxuan powder combined with 654-2 tablets in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.Methods A total of 100 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis in children who were admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to April 2021 were randomly selected.The children were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.Children in the control group were treated with cefixime combined with 654-2 tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Hehe Xiaoxuan combined with 654-2 tablets.The curative effect of the two groups of children after treatment was compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of TCM syndrome scores before treatment(P>0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of each group after treatment were lower than that of the group before treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group after treatment were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before the treatment of the lymph node transverse diameter and the lymph node longitudinal diameter(P>0.05);the lymph node transverse and longitudinal diameters after treatment in each group were reduced compared with that before the treatment,the treatment group after treatment,the transverse and longitudinal diameters of lymph nodes were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)before treatment between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The levels of PCT,IL-6 and IL-8 after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment.The levels of PCT,IL-6 and IL-8 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statis
