摘　　要：目的探讨病房延伸责任制康复护理模式在脑卒中康复患者中的应用效果。方法于2018年9月—2020年9月方便选取该院收治的60例脑卒中康复患者为研究对象,根据其护理方案的不同,将其分成两组。抽取其中30例患者实施常规康复护理模式,并设为常规组;其余30例患者实施病房延伸责任制康复护理模式,并设为研究组。比较两组患者护理满意度、自理能力评分。结果研究组患者护理满意度为96.67%,高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.017,P=0.003);治疗后,研究组Barthel评分为(81.1±5.5)分,高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.305,P<0.05);研究组中住院时间相对比常规组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中康复患者应用病房延伸责任制康复护理模式后的效果显著,能够有效缩短患者住院时间,提高患者自理能力,提升患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of the rehabilitation nursing model of ward extension responsibility system in stroke rehabilitation patients.Methods From September 2018 to September 2020,60 stroke rehabilitation patients admitted to the hospital were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to their different nursing plans,they were divided into two groups.30 patients were selected to implement the conventional rehabilitation care model and set them as the routine group;the remaining 30 patients implemented the ward extension responsibility system rehabilitation care model and set them as the research group.The nursing satisfaction and self-care ability scores of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The patient's satisfaction with nursing care in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.017,P=0.003);after treatment,the Barthel score of the study group was(81.1±5.5)points,which was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.305,P<0.05);the hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the ward extension responsibility system rehabilitation nursing model to stroke rehabilitation patients has significant effects,which can effectively shorten the patient’s hospital stay,improve patient self-care ability,and improve patient satisfaction.
