整体护理用于血小板减少输血患者中的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨对血小板减少输血患者给予整体护理干预后获得临床效果。方法随机选取2018年1月—2020年12月收治的40例血小板减少输血患者进行护理研究;随机分为传统护理组(给予传统护理干预)和整体护理组(给予传统护理干预+整体护理干预),各20例;比较两组患者护理总有效率、护理满意度(心理护理、知识宣教、服务态度、护理细节、护理针对性、护理质量)评分、临床治疗时间以及血小板水平复常时间。结果整体护理组护理总有效率(90.00%)高于传统护理组(50.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.619,P<0.05);整体护理组心理护理(90.25±4.22)分、知识宣教(90.49±5.01)分、服务态度(91.73±4.37)分、护理细节(92.88±5.02)分、护理针对性(92.66±4.56)分、护理质量(92.89±5.25)分均高于传统护理组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.813、5.747、5.671、5.619、7.764、6.940,P<0.05);整体护理组临床治疗时间(12.55±2.35)d以及血小板水平复常时间(8.25±1.53)d均短于传统护理组临床治疗时间以及血小板水平复常时间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理方式科学运用后,可将护理效果显著提升,将心理护理、知识宣教、服务态度、护理细节、护理针对性、护理质量评分提高,对应提高护理满意度,将临床治疗时间以及血小板水平复常时间显著缩短,促进血小板减少输血患者总体护理水平以及预后水平双重提升。Objective To explore the clinical effects of holistic nursing intervention for patients with thrombocytopenia transfusion.Methods Randomly selected 40 thrombocytopenic transfusion patients admitted from January 2018 to December 2020 for nursing research;randomly divided into traditional nursing group(with traditional nursing intervention)and holistic nursing group(with traditional nursing intervention+holistic nursing intervention),20 cases each;compare the two groups of patients'overall nursing efficiency,nursing satisfaction(psychological nursing,knowledge education,service attitude,nursing details,nursing pertinence,nursing quality)scores,clinical treatment time and the time for platelet levels to return to normal.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the holistic nursing group(90.00%)was higher than that of the traditional nursing group(50.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.619,P<0.05);the score of psychological nursing(90.25±4.22)points and knowledge education(90.49±5.01)points in the holistic nursing group,service attitude(91.73±4.37)points,nursing details(92.88±5.02)points,nursing pertinence(92.66±4.56)points,and nursing quality(92.89±5.25)points were all higher than the traditional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.813,5.747,5.671,5.619,7.764,6.940,P<0.05);clinical treatment time(12.55±2.35)d and platelet level recovery time(8.25±1.53)d in the holistic nursing group were shorter than those in the traditional nursing group of the clinical treatment time and the time for platelet level to normalize,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the scientific application of the holistic nursing method,the nursing effect can be significantly improved,and the psychological nursing,knowledge education,service attitude,nursing details,nursing specificity,nursing quality score can be improved,and nursing satisfaction can be improved correspondingly,and the clinical treatment time and platelet time to return to normal levels
