摘　　要：目的评价“天玑”机器人辅助下行腰椎椎弓根内固定手术患者应用快速康复理念的护理效果。方法便利选择医院2020年4月—2021年4月接诊的100例“天玑”机器人辅助下行腰椎椎弓根内固定手术患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,50例/组,给予对照组常规护理干预,给予观察组快速康复理念干预,将两组“天玑”机器人辅助下行腰椎椎弓根内固定手术患者的干预效果进行比较。结果观察组的首次进食时间(1.23±0.23)h、下床时间(3.11±0.56)d、停止输液时间(5.63±1.22)d和出院时间(8.23±0.89)d均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组机器人操作时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率(2.00%)低于对照组并发症发生率(14.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(96.00%)高于对照组护理满意度(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复理念下“天玑”机器人辅助下行腰椎椎弓根内固定手术的效果显著,有利于患者术后快速康复,值得进行推广使用。Objective To evaluate the nursing effect of T:Robot-assisted lumbar pedicle internal fixation by applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation.Methods Conveniently selected 100 patients undergoing lumbar pedicle internal fixation with the aid of the"Tianji"robot in the hospital from April 2020 to April 2021,and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases/group,in the control group were given routine nursing interventions,and interventions in the observation group with the concept of rapid recovery.The intervention effects of the two groups of patients undergoing lumbar pedicle internal fixation with the aid of the T:Robot were compared.Results The observation group's first meal time(1.23±0.23)h,bed time(3.11±0.56)d,stop infusion time(5.63±1.22)d,and discharge time(8.23±0.89)d were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the robot operating time of the two groups(P>0.05).The complication rate of the observation group(2.00%)was lower than the complication rate of the control group(14.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the concept of rapid rehabilitation,the T:Robot-assisted lumbar pedicle internal fixation has a significant effect,which is conducive to the rapid recovery of patients after surgery and is worthy of popularization.
