微波消融与麦默通微创旋切术对乳腺良性肿瘤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨微波消融与麦默通微创旋切手术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的疗效。方法择取2021年1—6月至该院就诊的乳腺良性肿瘤患者112例,以奇偶数的次序分为两组,对照组给予麦默通微创旋切手术治疗,研究组给予微波消融手术治疗,对比两组治疗差异性。结果两组出血量、手术时间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组与对照组的乳房美观优良率分别为94.64%与82.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.260,P=0.039);研究组与对照组的不良反应发生率分别为3.57%与16.07%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.940,P=0.034);两组术后1个月术区血肿吸收情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月术区血肿吸收情况比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.350,P=0.037)。结论对乳腺良性肿瘤患者采取微波消融手术的疗效显著,其手术所需时间更少,减少了术中出血量等围手术期并发症,值得采纳。Objective To investigate the efficacy of microwave ablation and mammotome minimally invasive surgical treatment of benign breast tumors.Methods A total of 112 patients with benign breast tumors from January to June 2021 who were treated in the hospital were conveniently selected and divided into two groups in the order of odd and even numbers.The control group was treated with mammotome minimally invasive surgical treatment,and the study group was treated with microwave ablation.Compare the treatment differences between the two groups.Results The difference in blood loss and operation time between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the excellent and good rates of breast aesthetics in the study group and the control group were 94.64%and 82.14%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.260,P=0.039);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group and the control group were 3.57%and 16.07%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.940,P=0.034);there was no statistically significant significant difference in the absorption of hematoma in the operation area between the two groups at 1 month after operation(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the absorption of hematoma in the operation area at 3 months after operation(χ^(2)=4.350,P=0.037).Conclusion The effect of microwave ablation for patients with benign breast tumors is significant.The operation requires less time and reduces perioperative complications such as intraoperative blood loss.It is worth adopting.
