心肌梗塞后应用倍他乐克与他汀类药物对心脏的保护作用

摘　　要：目的探析倍他乐克与他汀类药物在心肌梗塞中的应用意义。方法随机选取该院2019年1月—2020年11月收治的80例心肌梗塞患者为研究对象,分组方法选择随机数字法,采取常规方案的40例患者为对照组;增加倍他乐克以及他汀类药物的40例患者为观察组。疗程结束时开展指标对比,包括治疗效果、心功能指标。结果观察组总有效率为97.5%比对照组的77.5%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05)。观察组治疗后LVADD为(27.92±2.71)mm,小于对照组的(31.02±3.22)mm;观察组E/A为(1.18±0.12),高于对照组的(0.77±0.16);观察组HR、LDL-C、TC均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组TG对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用倍他乐克与他汀类药物对心肌梗塞患者进行治疗,可有效保护患者心脏功能,疗效显著。Objective To explore the application significance of Betaloc and statins in myocardial infarction.Methods Randomly selected 80 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 as the study subjects.The random number table method was selected as the grouping method,and 40 patients who took the conventional plan were used as the control group;betaloc and statins were added for 40 patients in the observation group.At the end of the treatment course,a comparison of indicators will be carried out,including treatment effect and cardiac function indicators.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.5%)was higher than that of the control group(77.5%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.314,P<0.05).LVADD in the observation group was(27.92±2.71)mm,lower than that in the control group(31.02±3.22)mm.The E/A of observation group was(1.18±0.12),which was higher than that of control group(0.77±0.16).HR,LDL-C and TC in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TG between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Betaloc and statins to treat patients with myocardial infarction can effectively protect the heart function of the patients,and the effect is significant.
