摘　　要：目的探讨三维护理模式对老年骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者的护理效果。方法该文随机选取2019年7月—2020年7月收治的94例老年骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者展开研究,经随机分组,对照组(n=47)行常规护理,观察组(n=47)行三维护理模式,对比两组不良情绪评分、VAS评分、再骨折发生率、并发症发生率、生活质量评分、护理满意度评分以及Barthel评分。结果观察组SAS评分为(26.43±3.04)分、SDS评分为(24.15±3.21)分、VAS评分为(2.05±0.15)分以及再骨折发生率为2.13%、并发症发生率为4.26%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.416、6.594、5.614,χ^(2)=5.634、7.231,P<0.05),观察组生活质量为(93.49±6.05)分以及护理满意度为(91.06±6.15)分、Barthel评分(90.35±5.69)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.752、5.964、7.515,P<0.05)。结论在老年骨折疏松压缩性骨折患者中应用三维护理模式,可有效改善患者不良情绪,减轻患者疼痛症状,减低再骨折发生率,有利于提高患者护理满意度,优化生活质量以及生活能力,降低并发症出现,具有推广价值。Objective To discuss the effect of three-dimensional nursing model on elderly patients with osteoporotic compression fractures.Methods This article randomly selected 94 elderly patients with osteoporotic compression fractures admitted from July 2019 to July 2020 to conduct the study.After randomization,the control group(n=47)received routine care,and the observation group(n=47)performed three-dimensional nursing model,compared the two groups of bad mood score,VAS score,re-fracture rate,complication rate,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction score,and Barthel score.Results The SAS score of the observation group was(26.43±3.04)points,the SDS score was(24.15±3.21)points,the VAS score was(2.05±0.15)points,the incidence of re-fracture was 2.13%,and the incidence of complications was 4.26%lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.416,6.594,5.614,χ^(2)=5.634,7.231,P<0.05),the quality of life of the observation group was(93.49±6.05)points and the nursing satisfaction was(91.06±6.15)points,the Barthel score(90.35±5.69)points was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.752,5.964,7.515,P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with fractures and compression fractures,the application of the three-dimensional nursing model can effectively improve the patient’s unhealthy mood,relieve the pain symptoms of the patient,reduce the incidence of re-fractures,and help improve the patient’s satisfaction with care,optimize the quality of life and the ability to live.It reduces the occurrence of complications and has promotion value.
