摘　　要：近年来,由于受到各方面因素的影响,我国砖瓦工业面临的经济态势十分严峻。但随着物联网技术的飞速发展,物联网在调整国家产业结构、推动产业转型的过程中发挥了不可忽视的作用,很多传统产业都开始新的发展,其发展方向更偏重于数字化、线上化和智能化。以物联网背景下我国环保节能砖的生产困境和对策为出发点,对砖瓦生产线的工艺流程和自动化控制系统设计方案进行深入剖析,以期为我国环保节能砖的生产提供新的思路和建议。This article takes the production dilemma and countermeasures of our country’s environmental protection and energy-saving bricks under the background of the internet of things as a starting point, and conducts an in-depth analysis of the process flow and automatic control system design scheme of the brick production line, in order to provide new ideas and suggestions for the production of environmental protection and energy-saving bricks in our country.
