摘 要:为研究凝血实验检测结果的影响因素,本文回顾性选取2019年6月—2020年6月我院收治的患者50例作为研究对象,对其进行凝血实验指标的检测。比较不同保存时间、离心时间、离心速度,以及溶血、未溶血条件下TT、PT、APTT、FIB水平的变化情况。结果显示,保存时间:即刻与1、2、4 h条件下的PT、FIB水平,3 000 r/min离心15 min、4 000 r/min离心5 min条件下的TT、PT、APTT、FIB水平相比,均无明显差异(P>0.05);而与2 h相比,4 h条件下的TT明显缩短,APTT明显延长;与未溶血比,溶血条件下的TT明显延长,而PT、APTT均明显缩短(P<0.05)。由此可见,室温下的保存时间和标本溶血情况均为凝血实验检测结果的影响因素,临床上可选择适当的标本保存时间、离心速度与时间,进而提高凝血实验检测结果的准确性。In order to study the influencing factors of coagulation test results,this paper retrospectively selected 50 patients treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 as the research object to detect the coagulation test indexes. The changes of TT,Pt,APTT and FIB levels under different storage time,centrifugation time,centrifugation speed,hemolytic and non hemolytic conditions were compared. The results showed that there was no significant difference in storage time between immediately and Pt,FIB levels under the conditions of 1,2 and 4 h,TT,Pt,APTT and FIB levels under the conditions of 3 000 r/min centrifugation for 15 min and 4 000 r/min centrifugation for 5 min(P>0.05);Compared with 2 h,TT was significantly shortened and APTT was significantly prolonged at 4 h;Compared with non hemolysis,TT under hemolysis was significantly prolonged,while Pt and APTT were significantly shortened(P<0.05). It can be seen that the storage time at room temperature and sample hemolysis are the influencing factors of the test results of coagulation experiment. Clinically,appropriate sample storage time,centrifugation speed and time can be selected to improve the accuracy of the test results of coagulation experiment.
