血清BUN、Cys-C及尿β2-MG水平联合检测在2型糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断中的应用价值  被引量:4

摘  要:本文选择2型糖尿病患者100例为研究组,根据病情将其分为单纯糖尿病组和糖尿病肾损伤组,另选同期体检健康者100名为参照组,比较2型糖尿病患者的血清BUN、Cys-C及尿β2-MG水平与健康者的差异,并分析不同病情患者的血清血清BUN、Cys-C及尿β2-MG水平变化。结果显示,2型糖尿病患者,尤其是合并早期肾损伤的患者,其血清BUN、Cys-C及尿β2-MG水平显著升高。由此可见,临床检测应采用联合检测,若检测结果明显升高则考虑患者发生早期肾损伤。In this study,100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the study group.According to their condition,they were divided into simple diabetes group and diabetic kidney injury group. 100 healthy people in the same period were selected as the reference group. The serum BUN,Cys-C and urinary β2-MG of type 2 diabetic patients were compared. The levels of serum BUN,Cys-C and urinary β2-MG in patients with different conditions were analyzed urinary β2-MG level changes. The results showed that serum BUN,Cys-C and urinary β2-MG in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,especially those with early kidney injury. The levels of BUN,Cys-C and urinary β2-MG increased significantly. It can be seen that joint detection should be used in clinical detection. If the detection results are significantly increased,early renal injury should be considered.
