摘　　要：基于高校仪器设备信息化管理系统的建设,通过对系统功能的全面开发与升级,在不断完善仪器设备基础管理的同时,将仪器设备基础数据与人事管理、教学质量管理、学科建设等相结合,全面掌握高校各教学科研机构仪器设备管理与使用现状,对设备数据信息进行全方位分析,科学评价各单位仪器设备使用绩效,充分发挥仪器设备服务教学科研的作用。以仪器设备信息化管理系统的升级建设为抓手,不断创新仪器设备管理运行机制,为高校仪器设备资源配置提供依据。Based on the construction of university instrument and equipment information management system,through the comprehensive development and upgrading of system functions,while continuously improving the basic management of instrumentation,combining the basic data of instrumentation with personnel management,teaching quality management,discipline construction,to comprehensively grasp the status of the management and use of instrumentation of various teaching and research institutions,to analyze a full range of equipment data and information,and scientifically evaluate the various equipment management systems.The instrument and equipment use performance of the unit and give full play to the role of the instrument and equipment services for teaching and research.Take the upgrade construction of the instrument and equipment data management system as the starting point,and constantly innovate the instrument and equipment management operation mechanism,to provide a basis for the allocation of university instrument and equipment resources.
