摘 要:探索创新创业实践育人体系,促进人才培养提质增效,满足社会对创新创业人才的需求,是新时代下高校面临的重要课题。基于山东农业大学生命科学学院创新创业人才培养的探索与实践,构建了“三四三”创新创业实践育人新体系。该体系通过教学、科研和社会实践三结合形成共享资源环境,通过学校和学校、学校和企业、学校和政府,以及学校和科研院所形成四个协同培养方式,同时结合学生兴趣和职业发展方向将学生分为学术拔尖型、创业型、应用型三种类型进行培养,使学生的实践创新能力得到全面发展。Exploring the innovative and entrepreneurial practice education system,promoting the quality and efficiency of talent training,and satisfying the society's demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents are important issues facing universities in the new era.Based on the exploration and practice of Shandong Agricultural University in the process of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,a new system of"three four three"innovation and entrepreneurship practice education was finally formed.The system forms a shared resource environment through the combination of teaching,scientific research and social practice,and forms four collaborative training methods through schools and schools,schools and enterprises,schools and governments,and schools and research institutes,and combines student interests and career development directions.The students are divided into three types:top-notch type,employment type,applied type,so that students'practical innovation ability can be fully developed.
