刘沈林运用健脾养正、消癥散结法治疗晚期胃癌经验述要

摘　　要：胃癌是我国常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,晚期胃癌患者已无根治性手术机会,预后极差。刘沈林教授从事消化道肿瘤的诊疗与科研工作四十余载,在临床实践中提出了"两期"治疗、分期立法的治疗理念,确立了以健脾养正、消癥散结为主的治疗方法,创制了健脾养正消癥方。本文从胃癌的病因病机及治法用药等方面总结刘沈林教授运用健脾养正、消癥散结法治疗晚期胃癌的经验,并附医案两则,以期为中医治疗晚期胃癌提供参考。Gastric cancer is one of the common gastrointestinal malignancies in China. Patients with advanced gastric cancer lose the chance of radical surgery and have very poor prognosis. Professor Liu Shen-lin,a famous practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine,has been engaged in the treatment and scientific research of digestive tract tumors for more than 40 years, and has innovatively raised the two-stage treatment concept and stagedependent therapeutic principle in clinical practice. Professor Liu believes that the therapy for advanced gastric cancer should be people-oriented,and the goal of treatment should be to improve the quality of life and prolong the survival period with cancer. Therefore, the therapy of invigorating spleen and supporting healthy qi, and eliminating abdominal mass was established,and the Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng Decoction was prescribed. The compatibility of Jianpi Yangzheng Xiaozheng Decoction is rigorous and exactly accords with the pathogenesis of gastric cancer, which has achieved prominent effects in clinic. To provide reference for treatment of advanced gastric cancer by TCM,this paper summarized Professor Liu Shen-lin’s experience in treating advanced gastric cancer patients with therapy of invigorating spleen and supporting healthy qi, and eliminating abdominal mass,and the two proven medical cases were presented for reference.
