摘　　要：为贯彻落实“体育十三五规划”中关于加强职业体育文化建设的要求,促进我国职业篮球联赛更快更好的发展。采用文献资料、访谈及实地调查等研究方法,从CBA俱乐部文化体系内涵入手,对俱乐部文化体系建设中存在的问题进行剖析,研究认为:唯战绩论思想,主体地位缺失,运行机制不健全及球迷文化薄弱是制约俱乐部文化体系建构的关键。最后,从提升俱乐部文化地位,注重战绩与文化的协调发展;统筹利益主体,打造中国特色俱乐部文化体系;完善俱乐部建制,强化文化体系保障;净化联赛文化大环境,倡导球迷文化的正向性等方面提出建设路径,以期为我国职业篮球俱乐部文化体系建设提供借鉴。In order to implement the requirements of strengthening the construction of professional sports culture in the“13th Five-Year Plan of Sports”,promote the faster and better development of China’s professional basketball league.Use the methods of literature,interview and investigation,from the cultural connotation of the system construction of CBA club,analyzes the problems in the club culture system construction.The Results show that record theory,lack of subject status,operation mechanism and fans culture weak are restraining?factors in club culture system construction.Finally,the construction path of the club are presented from the aspects of promotion of club culture status and paying attention to the coordinated development of achievements and culture,coordinate the interest subjects and building club culture with Chinese characteristics,perfecting club structure and strengthening the guarantee of cultural system,refining the league culture environment and advocating the positive nature of the fan culture.In order to provide some reference for the construction of the cultural system of professional basketball clubs in China.
