我国草根体育组织的功能定位探析

摘　　要：改革开放以来,随着我国政治体制、经济体制改革的逐步发展与社会逐步转型,社会上逐渐产生了草根体育组织。草根体育组织在建设中国特色社会主义过程中,承担着重要的社会责任,具有不可替代的作用。本文采用文献资料等研究方法,对我国草根体育组织的功能进行探析,其功能定位主要表现为:维护公民体育权利、培育公民体育责任意识、激发公民公共参与精神、培养公民精神、为公民提供结社的载体、构建社会资本、为社会提供体育公共服务、促进体育行政部门民主决策、协助政府缓解社会矛盾。并提出我国草根体育组织功能实现的培育路径。旨在正确认识我国草根体育组织的功能,充分发挥其应有的价值。Since the reform and opening-up,the Grass Roots Sports Organization generated gradually based on the development of our political and economical system as well as the social transition.As the important part of the social community,the Grass Roots Sports Organization plays an important role in building socialism with Chinese characteristics and shouldering vital social responsibility.Therefore,it is significant to understand the function of our Grass Roots Sports Organization and give full play to its value.The function of Grass Roots Sports Organization is mainly about safeguarding citizen sports rights,cultivating citizen sports responsibility and inspiring their spirit in public participation,cultivating citizen spirit,providing citizens with the carrier of association and constructing social capital,offering public sports service to society,promoting the administrative departments to make decisions democratically,giving assistance to governments to relieve social contradiction.
