摘  要:个人护理品(PCPs)是一类新型有机污染物,由于生产和使用量的逐步增加,PCPs最终会在土壤中大量蓄积,因此其对土壤生态的危害和本身带来的健康风险值得关注。本实验以BP-3和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯为研究对象,采用室内培养实验法,考察两种典型PCPs单一和复合作用下对土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,除BP-3对土壤脲酶和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯对土壤过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶活性表现为低促高抑的变化趋势外,BP-3对过氧化氢酶活性起到先促进后抑制的效果,对羟基苯甲酸甲酯对土壤脲酶活性整体上呈现促进-抑制-促进的变化趋势,BP-3作用下土壤蔗糖酶活性前期(3~15 d)呈现出低促高抑的趋势,后期所有实验组酶活性均低于空白对照组。Personal care products(PCPs) are a new type of organic pollutants. Due to the gradual increase in production and use, PCPs will eventually accumulate in the soil in large quantities, so the harm to the soil ecology and the health risks they bring are worthy of attention. In this experiment, BP-3 and methylparaben were used as the research objects, and the indoor culture experiment method was used to investigate the effects of two typical PCPs on soil enzyme activities under single and compound actions. The results showed that,except that BP-3 showed a low-promoting and high-inhibiting change trend on soil urease and methylparaben on soil catalase and invertase activities, BP-3 had the effect of first promoting and then inhibiting catalase activity. Methylparaben had a promotion-inhibition-promoting change trend on soil urease activity as a whole, and soil invertase activity in the early stage under the action of BP-3(3~15 d) showed the trend of low promotion and high inhibition, the enzyme activity of all experimental groups in the later period was lower than that of the blank control group.
