摘　　要：涉及热敏纸用增感剂领域,具体为一种高纯度的1,2-二苯氧基乙烷热敏增感剂的合成工艺。首先将苯酚、1,2-二氯乙烷加入到反应釜中,升温回流,将缚酸剂滴加到反应釜中,反应检测苯酚消失,减压蒸馏除去1,2-二氯乙烷,补加缚酸剂,升温后滴加苯酚,跟踪检测2-氯苯乙醚反应完全,停止滴加苯酚,水洗除盐,乙醇重结晶得产品。产品收率>89%,纯度>99%,本反应条件温和,温度最高控制在130℃,反应时间短,原料易得,工艺操作简单,原料可回收套用,产品纯度高,适合工业化生产。The synthesis process of high-purity 1,2-diphenoxyethane thermal sensitizer was studied. First, phenol and 1,2-dichloroethane were added to the reaction kettle. After heating and reflux, the acid binding agent was added to the reaction kettle,the reaction was completed after detecting that the phenol disappeared, and then 1,2-dichloroethane was removed by the reduced pressure distillation, the acid binding agent was added, the phenol was added after the temperature rose, and dripping phenol was stopped when 2-chlorophenyl ethyl ether reaction was completed, it was washed with water to remove salt, and the product was obtained by recrystallization with ethanol. The product yield was more than 89%, the purity was more than 99%. The reaction conditions were mild, the highest temperature was controlled at 130 ℃, the reaction time was short, the raw materials were easily available, the process operation was simple, the raw materials could be recycled and used, the product purity was high, so it was suitable for industrial production.
