摘 要:在注蒸汽热力采油过程中,对于一些超稠油和超高凝油地层以及因储层物性较差和近井地带的沥青质、胶质、无机结垢、各种机械杂质等堵塞的地层,存在注汽压力高、注汽困难的现象,从而导致稠油井采出程度低、开发潜力未得到充分发挥的问题。通过分析孤东稠油区原油、重质堵塞物及沥青质特征,结合实际注汽生产情况,研究了孤东稠油区块注汽高压单一影响因素,为该区块的提液增产提供助力。In the process of steam injection thermal oil recovery, for some ultra-heavy oil and ultra-high pour-point oil formations and blocked formations due to poor physical properties of the reservoir and the asphaltene, colloid, inorganic fouling, various mechanical impurities in the near-well zone, there are problems of high steam injection pressure and difficulty in steam injection, resulting in low recovery of heavy oil wells and insufficient potential development. By analyzing the characteristics of crude oil, heavy plugging material and asphaltene in Gudong heavy oil area, combined with the actual steam injection production situation, the single influencing factor of high pressure in the steam injection of Gudong heavy oil area was studied, so as to provide assistance for liquid extraction and production increase in this area.
