摘 要:以煤作为原料制得甲醇,再生产乙烯、丙烯等小分子烯烃(MTO)的工艺路线日益受到关注,但其分离序列的设计参数和能耗仍存在优化空间。文中利用AspenPlus软件对MTO的前脱丙烷分离工艺的关键精馏操作进行模拟优化。首先,构建前脱丙烷分离工艺,采用RKS-BM物性方法对各个精馏单元进行模拟。然后对脱丙烷塔的设计和操作条件进行灵敏度分析,得到最优的塔板数、进料板数和回流比。最后,采用热泵精馏进一步优化丙烯精馏过程,使用塔釜液体式闪蒸热泵精馏代替原有普通精馏工艺,可节约丙烯精馏塔66.5%的费用,验证了所提出工艺的经济性。The process route of methanol-to-olefin(MTO)using coal as raw material has attracted more and more attention,but the design parameters and energy consumption of its separation sequence still need to be optimized.In this paper,AspenPlus software was used to simulate and optimize the key distillation operation of pre-depropanization process in MTO separation process.Firstly,the pre-depropanization separation process was constructed,and each distillation unit was simulated by RKS-BM physical property method.Then the sensitivity analysis of the design and operating conditions of the depropanizer was carried out,and the optimal plate number,feed plate number and reflux ratio were obtained.Finally,heat pump distillation was used to further optimize the propylene distillation process,and the liquid flash heat pump distillation was used to replace the conventional distillation process,which could save 66.5%of the cost of the propylene distillation tower.It proves the economical efficiency of the proposed process.
