摘 要:为了增强ZnO纳米复合光催化剂的催化活性并探究其催化机理,以大麻杆生物炭、六水硝酸锌和三水硝酸铜为原料,并采用一步水热法制备HSB/ZnO/CuO三元纳米复合光催化剂。通过XRD,FE-SEM,UV-vis及电化学工作站表征催化剂的物相结构、微观形貌及光催化性能。实验结果表明:水热合成的纳米片状复合催化剂包含六边铅锌矿结构ZnO和单斜结构CuO,其平均晶粒尺寸为28.72 nm;在紫外-可见光条件下,HSB/ZnO/CuO复合催化剂对亚甲基蓝(MB)的降解率100 min内高达99.47%;与ZnO、ZnO/CuO光催化剂相比,新型三元催化剂在可见光区域呈现强吸收并表现出较优异的光催化性能,其中HSB在影响催化效率的电子转移过程中起着重要作用。Using zinc nitrate,copper nitrate and hemp stem biochar(HSB)as raw materials,novel HSB/ZnO/CuO ternary photocatalysts were prepared by one-step hydrothermal reaction to enhance photocatalytic performance of the composited photocatalysts and clarify the corresponding photocatalytic mechanism.Crystal structures,morphologies and photocatalytic properties of the samples were characterized by XRD,FE-SEM and UV-vis DRS technique,respectively.The results show that the as-prepared catalysts,an average grain size of 28.72 nm,are composed of ZnO nanoparticles with hexagonal wurtzite structure and CuO nanoparticles with monoclinic structure.Compared with that of ZnO and ZnO/CuO photocatalysts,the ternary HSB/ZnO/CuO photocatalysts exhibit an excellent degradation efficiency,i.e.the degradation efficiency of methylene blue(MB)can reach 99.47%for only 100 min under UV-visible light.The photocatalytic mechanism of the samples is also proposed,especially the essential effect of HSB on the accelerating electrons transfer to inhibit the recombination of hole and electrons,which contribute to the improvement of photocatalytic activity.
