摘  要:目的:为评估土家族药物白三七的重金属污染风险,建立合理的质量控制方法。方法:采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),测定白三七中铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)5种重金属残留;根据中药中外源性有害残留物安全风险评估技术指导原则对重金属污染风险进行评估。结果:建立了测定白三七中重金属和有害元素含量的方法。主成分分析发现,不同产地样品中Cd和Pb的含量有明显差别。Cd和Pb是白三七中具有高风险的元素。结论:该方法准确、灵敏,可用于白三七金属元素残留的风险评估和质量控制。Objective:To evaluate the heavy metal pollution risk in Tujia ethnic medicine Baisanqi(BSQ)samples and establish a suitable and effective quality control method.Methods:The contents of Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in BSQ were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).According to the guideline of risk assessment of exogenous harmful residues in traditional Chinese medicines,the risk of heavy metal pollution was assessed.Results:A method for the determination of heavy metals and harmful elements in BSQ was established.It was found that the contents of Cd and Pb in samples from different areas were significantly different by principal component analysis.Cd and Pb were high risk elements in BSQ.Conclusion:The method is accurate and sensitive,and can be used for risk assessment and quality control of metal elements residues in BSQ.
