摘　　要：通过查阅、分析并归纳近10年来藏医药、蒙医药、维吾尔医药、傣医药治疗酒精性肝病的相关文献和书籍,从民族医理论的病因病机,临床内治法、外治法的应用,民族药实验研究3方面对四大民族医药治疗酒精性肝病进行综述。总结得出其用药特色、理论依据及治疗方法的特点,为丰富该疾病的临床诊治思路和手段,促进四大民族医药的推广应用提供参考。Through consulting, analyzing and summarizing the literature and books on the treatment of alcoholic liver disease(ALD) in Tibetan medicine, Mongolian medicine, Uighur Medicine and Dai medicine in the past 10 years, this paper summarizes treatment of ALD by four national medicines from three aspects of the etiology and pathogenesis of ethnic medicine theory, clinical application of internal and external treatment, as well as experimental study on ethnic medicine. The characteristics of herbs use, theoretical basis and treatment methods were summarized to provide reference for enriching the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease and promoting the promotion and application of the medicine of the four ethnic medicine.
