摘　　要：综合蛇伤的证候表现及治法方药,从蛇毒出发,探讨蛇伤病因病机特点,溯其防治源流最早可至秦汉时期,辨其属性不同于六淫,也不同于其它邪毒,分析其致病特点有:发病急,来势猛;隐匿性,传变快;一毒对应一证;损正气,遏气机;病程缠绵顽固。This paper referred to symptoms and therapies of snakebite, based on snake venom, discussed the characteristics of etiology and pathogenesis of snakebite. The origin of its prevention and treatment can be traced back to the Qin and Han dynasties, and its attributes are different from the six evils and other evil poisons.Its pathogenic characteristics are as follows: the onset of rapid and ferocious;initial concealment and quick progress;one venom corresponds to one syndrome;righteousness damage and stagnancy of functional activities of Qi;lingering and stubborn course.
