摘　　要：介绍张葆青运用"正阳汤"加减治疗小儿发声性抽动障碍的思路及临证经验。张葆青认为治疗以"肝脾不调,木盛金燥"为主要病机的发声性抽动障碍,应从"肝、脾、肺"三脏入手,主清肺热,疏肺气,加之补脾,兼顾平肝,调节肝、脾、肺三脏的关系,在临床应用中依据其病机特点选用"正阳汤"治疗,并在原方基础上加减用药,取得了显著疗效。This paper introduces ZHANG Bao-qing’s idea and clinical experience of using"Zhengyang Decoction"to treat children’s vocal tic disorder.ZHANG Bao-qing believes that the treatment of vocal tic disorder with"disharmony of liver and spleen and dryness of wood and gold"as the main pathogenesis should start with the three internal organs of"liver,spleen and lung",mainly clearing lung heat and dispersing lung qi,replenishing spleen,balancing liver and regulating the relationship between liver,spleen and lung.In clinical application,"Zhengyang Decoction"was selected according to its pathogenesis characteristics,and the drugs were added and subtracted on the basis of the original formula,which achieved remarkable curative effect.
