摘　　要：纪检监察研究受到纪检监察体制改革的直接影响,改革开放初期针对纪检和监察的差异进行区分式研究,1993年纪检监察合署改革引起相关研究转向,2016年监察改革再次引导研究内容和方向的转变。通过梳理改革开放以来关于纪检监察的相关文献,本文总结该领域研究所涉领域、主题分布、研究进展、研究方向调整等内容,反思存在的理论与实践疏离等问题。本文还以监察改革全面深化为背景,提出纪检监察研究可能的发展方向:立足本土化语境和中国特色纪检监察制度现实,推进纪检监察一体化和跨学科研究,合理界定纪检监察学科体系。Discipline inspection and supervision research have been deeply affected by structural reform in China.In the early stage of the reform and opening-up,differentiated research was carried out on the difference research between discipline inspection and supervision.Later,the joint reform of the two organs-discipline inspection and supervision-in 1993 and 2016 led to changes in research content and direction.By combing the relevant literature on discipline inspection and supervision since the reform and opening-up,this paper summarizes the research fields,theme distribution,research progress and research direction adjustment,with the purpose of reflecting the alienation between theory and practice in the existing research.Based on the comprehensive deepening of supervision reform,this paper puts forward the possible development direction of research on discipline inspection and supervision.That is based on the localization context and China's institutional reality,and it is necessary to promote integrated research and interdisciplinary research,and reasonably define the discipline system.
