摘　　要：遗传性癌症是一种会严重影响国民健康、加重经济负担的重大疾病,具有较高的再发癌症的风险。疾病感知是影响患者健康行为的重要因素。本文通过对疾病感知的定义、疾病感知对癌症患者行为的影响、遗传性癌症患者疾病感知现状及测评工具等方面进行综述,以期为遗传性癌症患者疾病感知的动态研究及相关干预措施的制订提供依据。Hereditary cancer is a major disease that will seriously affect the health of the people and increase the economic burden.It has a high risk of recurring cancer.Disease perception is an important factor that affects health behavior of patients.This article reviews the definition of disease perception,the effect of disease perception on the behavior of cancer patients,the status quo of disease perception in hereditary cancer patients and evaluation tools,etc.,in order to provide a basis for the dynamic research of disease perception of hereditary cancer patients and the formulation of relevant intervention measures.
