摘　　要：围产期胎儿生命周期有限属于整个家庭的毁灭性事件,对医疗保健人员也会造成工作困扰和负性情绪。实施高质量围产期姑息照护可以帮助孕产妇和家庭应对创伤带来的痛苦,最大程度提高胎儿生活质量和舒适度。医疗保健人员的围产期姑息照护知识、技能、态度与姑息照护服务质量及母婴结局息息相关。本文对医疗保健人员围产期姑息照护知识、技能、态度评估工具进行归纳总结,以期为开发适合我国的围产期姑息照护评估工具提供借鉴。Life-limiting fetal condition(LLFC)is a devastating event for the entire family,and it can also cause work distress and negative emotions for healthcare workers.The implementation of high-quality perinatal palliative care(PPC)can help pregnant women and families cope with the pain caused by trauma and maximize the quality of life and comfort of the fetus.Perinatal palliative care knowledge,skills,and attitudes of health care workers are closely related to the quality of palliative care services and maternal and infant outcomes.This article summarizes the knowledge,skills,and attitude assessment tools of perinatal palliative care of health care workers,in order to provide a reference for the development of perinatal palliative care assessment tools suitable for China.
