摘  要:为探讨不同藜麦(Chenopodium quinoa)种子的耐贮藏性,筛选出优异藜麦种质,本试验以4份藜麦为材料,采用45℃、75%RH老化法模拟种子贮藏,研究老化处理对藜麦种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、平均发芽时间和老化指数的影响,并通过隶属函数法对4份藜麦种子活力水平和耐贮藏性进行综合评价。结果表明,老化处理后4份藜麦种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数均呈降低趋势,而平均发芽时间和老化指数均呈上升趋势,各指标对老化响应存在一定差异。老化3 d处理能够将4份藜麦种子区分开,可较好地评价藜麦种子活力水平和耐贮藏性等级,为研究藜麦种子耐贮藏性的关键时间点。隶属函数法综合评价显示,陇藜1号耐贮藏性最强,陇藜4号耐贮藏性最弱,这将为藜麦耐贮藏新品种的培育提供优异种质,也为藜麦耐贮藏性的生理及分子机制研究提供材料。In order to clarify the storage tolerance of different Chenopodium quinoa seeds and screen out the excellent germplasm of C. quinoa,the experiment was conducted to study the effects of aging treatment on germination potential, germination rate, germination index, average germination time and aging index of four quinoa seeds using aging method with 45 ℃ and 75% relative humidity to simulate seed storage, and the vigor level and storage tolerance of four quinoa seeds were evaluated by membership function method.The results showed that the germination potential, germination rate and germination index of the four quinoa seeds decreased after aging treatment, while the average germination time and aging index increased, and there were some differences in the response of each index to aging.Three days of aging treatment could distinguish four quinoa seeds, which could better evaluate the seed vigor and storage tolerance grade of quinoa seeds, which was a key time point for studying the storage tolerance of quinoa seeds.The comprehensive evaluation by membership function method showed that Longli 1 had the strongest storage tolerance, while Longli 4 had the weakest storage tolerance, which would provide excellent germplasm for the cultivation of new storage tolerance varieties of quinoa, and also provided material for the study of physiological and molecular mechanism of storage tolerance of quinoa.
