摘 要:以17份叶菜用甘薯种质资源为材料,对叶、茎、薯块等部位采用形态标记方法,通过SPSS软件对材料间的遗传多样性进行聚类分析。结果表明,17份材料按叶、茎、地下部薯块均可分为五类,在叶、茎形态分类中,F 23、EC-1号具有明显的特征,与其他品种间遗传距离较远,单独为一类;F 18、HYC、ZCT-71、P 53、CC 211、WC 19、QC-2、ZXYC和XC-18材料间具有较近的亲缘关系。To enrich the germplasm resources of sweet potato for leaf vegetable in Guizhou province, 15 sweet potato varieties for leaf vegetable were introduced from outside Guizhou province.Morphological markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity among the leaves, stems and wedges by using SPSS software.The results showed these varieties were divided into 5 categories by cluster analysis based on the characteristics of leaf, stem and wedges.In morphological classification based on leaf and stem, F 23 and EC-1 had unique characteristics and were separated from other varieties by a long genetic distance, and F 18,HYC,ZCT-71,P 53,CC 211,WC 19,QC-2,ZXYC and XC-18 were closely related.
