摘  要:采用氟乐灵、聚乙烯亚胺、秋水仙素、戊炔草胺和青鲜素5种药剂,设置20、40、80、160、320μmol·L^(-1)等5种不同浓度及不同处理时期,分别对糯玉米和普通玉米进行无融合生殖的诱导。结果表明,当试剂浓度为80μmol·L^(-1)时诱导效果最佳;最佳诱导时期为吐丝后第5天,结实株率明显高于其他时期,平均高出6%~10%;糯玉米对玉米孤雌诱导的影响大于普通玉米;本试验还筛选出聚乙烯亚胺等毒性较低的新型诱导剂代替秋水仙素,并有效提高了诱导率。In this paper, the induction of apomixis of waxy corn and common corn was carried out with fluuralin, polyvinyl imide, colchicine, pentyleamine and cyanocyanin at five concentrations including 20,40,80,160,320 μmol·L^(-1) at different treatment periods.The results showed that the best induction effect was obtained when the reagent concentration was 80 μmol·L^(-1),and the best induction period was the 5 th day after silking and the seed rate was 6%-10% higher than other periods.Also, the effect of waxy corn on maize parthenogenesis induction was greater than that of common corn.Additionally, new inducers with lower toxicity such as polyethylenimine were selected to replace colchicine and the induction rate was improved effectively.
