摘 要:目的对辽宁省八个城市的大型海鲜暂养池、海鲜市场暂养箱、饭店暂养水缸等暂养池用水水质进行分析。方法通过液相色谱串联质谱法对采集水样中氯霉素、孔雀石绿和硝基呋喃类药物进行分析。分析孔雀石绿和硝基呋喃类药物时以乙酸铵-乙腈为流动相;分析氯霉素时以甲醇-水为流动相,经过Agilent Eclipse plus-C_(18)色谱柱分离,用外标法在正负离子模式下以电喷雾电离多反应模式监测进行定量分析。结果辽宁省八城市中选取的251个水样中,沈阳和盘锦两地检出孔雀石绿药物残留外,其余样品检测结果良好。氯霉素、孔雀石绿、硝基呋喃类药物等9种药物在1~50μg·kg^(-1)度范围内有好的线性,相关系数r均大于0.997,9种目标物的定量限为0.01~0.50μg·kg^(-1),平均回收率为76.4%~93.8%,标准偏差为3.5%~8.1%。结论该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、准确性好,能满足暂养池用水的水质检测。2019年辽宁省八个城市的暂养池用水的总体水质情况良好,但仍存在食品安全风险问题,建议相关部门加强食品安全监督工作。Objective To analyze the water quality of large seafood temporary ponds,seafood market temporary tanks and restaurant temporary tanks in eight cities of Liaoning province.Methods Chloramphenicol,malachite green and nitrofurans in water samples were analyzed by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.Ammonium acetate and acetonitrile were used as mobile phase for the analysis of malachite green and nitrofuran drugs.In the analysis of chloramphenicol,methanol-water was used as the mobile phase,separated by Agilent Eclipse Plus-C_(18) chromatographic column,and quantitative analysis was carried out by using external standard method in positive and negative ion mode by electrospray ionization multi-reaction mode monitoring.Results Among 251 water samples selected from 8 cities in Liaoning province,malachite green residues were detected in Shenyang and Panjin,and the results of other water samples were good.Chloramphenicol,malachite green and nitrofuran had good linearity in the concentration range of 1-50 μg·kg^(-1),and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.997.The limits of quantification of the nine compounds ranged from 0.01 to 0.50 μg·kg^(-1).The average recoveries ranged from 76.4% to 93.8%,and the standard deviations ranged from 3.5% to 8.1%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be used to detect the water quality of temporary breeding ponds.In 2019,the overall water quality of temporary ponds in eight cities in Liaoning Province was good,but there were still food safety risks,suggesting that relevant departments strengthen.
