摘  要:以张北—北京四端±500kV柔性直流电网为基础,定量分析线路故障后暂态电压行波在感性线路端口的传播特征,设计一个基于单端量的多端柔性直流输电系统故障快速检测方案。该方案利用反向行波积分与正向行波积分的比值大小提出一个新型的故障方向判据,并根据直流限流电抗器对故障暂态行波的衰减作用,联合反向行波的变化率和方向判据实现故障区域的快速检测。此外,根据线路故障后故障极和非故障极电压变化差异判别故障类型。与已有的方法相比,所提方案只需要单点测量信息就能够实现方向性保护,具有较强的识别大过渡电阻故障和抗噪声干扰能力。最后,通过PSCAD/EMTDC搭建的张北—北京仿真模型,验证所提线路故障快速检测方案的性能。Based on the Zhangbei-Beijing four-terminal±500 kV flexible DC grid, this paper analyzed the propagation characteristics of transient voltage traveling waves at the inductive terminal after line faults and designed a fast fault detection scheme for multi-terminal MMC-HVDC. A novel fault directional criterion was proposed by using the ratio of the integral of the backward traveling wave and the integral of the forward traveling wave. According to the attenuation effect of DC fault current limiting reactor on fault transient traveling wave, the fast fault detection scheme was achieved by combining the change rate of backward traveling wave and the proposed directional criterion. Besides, the fault type was distinguished according to the different trends of voltage between the fault pole and healthy pole. Compared with the existing methods, the proposed method only needs a single point of signal to achieve directional protection, it can detect large fault resistance faults and has strong anti-noise ability.Finally, the Zhangbei-Beijing simulation model was built by PSCAD/EMTDC to demonstrate the performance of the proposed fast fault detection scheme.
