辽朝乌隗乌古部与倒塌岭统军司考述

摘　　要：辽太祖建国前后,在契丹八部之外,以俘获或来附的外部族人口另立八部,并在新部名之上冠以契丹八部名。列于《辽史·百官志》之乌隈于厥部、隈乌古部、乌隈乌骨里部即乌隗乌古部,实为辽初新组建的八个直属部落之一。《辽史·营卫志》之"乌古涅剌部"应为"乌隗乌古部"之误。辽中期以后,乌隗乌古部镇戍于西南路。西南路招讨司负责阴山南北的防务,后增置受招讨司节制的西南路副部署司,别称山北路副部署司,辽后期升置为倒塌岭统军司,治所位于今内蒙古乌兰察布市四子王旗境内。Around the time of the founding of the Liao Dynasty,in addition to the eight Khitan tribes,the tribes captured and attached to eight were founded,named after the eight Khitan tribes.The Wuweiyujue tribe(乌隈于厥部),Weiwugu tribe(隈乌古部),Wuweiwuguli tribe(乌隈乌骨里部)in Liao Shi Bai Guan Zhi(《辽史·百官志》),also called Wuweiwugu tribe(乌隗乌古部).It was actually one of the eight new tribes formed in the early Liao.The Wuguniela tribe(乌古涅剌部)in Liao Shi Ying Wei Zhi(《辽史·营卫志》)should be mistaken for Wuweiwugu tribe to guard the southwest frontier.The Southwest Road Military Division was responsible for the defense of the north and south of the Yinshan Mountain(阴山),and then added the setting of a subdivision controled by the Southwest Road Military Division,known as the deputy department of the Southwest Road,also called the deputy department of the North Mountain.It was promoted to the Daotaling(倒塌岭)Military Division.This paper holds that the Daotaling Military Division was located in Siziwang Banner of Wulanchabu City(乌兰察布市四子王旗)in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
