摘　　要：肿瘤的发生、发展是极其复杂的过程, 受神经支配, 通过血管、淋巴结或经体腔播散转移, 涉及整个机体。肿瘤微环境(TME)构成了肿瘤发展过程中的周围环境, 并且已经有研究证明其通过与肿瘤细胞的相互作用在癌症疾病中发挥作用。环状RNA(circRNA)是一类具有独特环状结构的小分子非编码RNA, 具有重要的基因调控功能。circRNA与TME之间的通信在影响肿瘤恶性行为中起着复杂的作用, 为未来肿瘤的有效治疗提供了新的靶点。基于此, 本文将近几年circRNA在TME中的研究进展作一综述, 为肿瘤疾病的治疗提供一定的方向和思路。The development and progression of tumor is an extremely complex process,innervated by nerves,spread through blood vessels,lymph nodes or through the body cavity,involving the whole body.Tumor microenvironment(TME)constitutes the surrounding environment for development of tumor cells,and has been shown to play a role in cancer diseases through its interaction with tumor cells,circular RNAs(circRNA),a kind of small non-coding RNA with unique circular structure,has important function for gene regulation.Communication between circRNA and TME plays a complex role in influencing malignant behavior of tumors,providing new targets for effective treatment of tumors in the future.Based on these researches,this paper summarizes the research progress of circRNA in TME in past decades,aiming to provide certain directions and ideas for the treatment.
