摘  要:随着可再生能源并网规模的增加,电力系统惯性下降,频率响应能力减弱,频率安全事故凸显。考虑频率安全的电力系统规划与运行优化是提升系统频率响应能力的有效途径。从频率暂态过程、频率安全指标以及频率分析方法阐述电力系统频率安全特性,从源–网–荷–储不同环节梳理各类型频率响应方式原理及在优化问题中的应用现状。在此基础上,提炼考虑频率安全的电力系统规划与运行优化模型,总结频率安全约束构造过程,归纳线性转化类型,对比分析不确定性处理以及模型求解方法。最后,对考虑频率安全的电力系统规划与运行优化的未来发展方向进行了展望。The gradual inertia decrease of a power system with larger-scale renewable energy weakens its frequency responses and leads to evident frequency accidents. Conducting frequency-constrained planning and operation optimization for the power system is an efficient method to enhance its frequency responses. This paper illustrates the frequency characteristics from the transient periods, frequency indexes, and analytics method.We hackle the theories as well as the applications of different response methods from the following links as sources, networks,demands, and storages. On this basis, the frequency-constrained optimization models for power systems are extracted. The construction of frequency constraints and their transformation methods are concluded. Also, the uncertainty treatments and solution algorithms are compared. Last, we point out the development direction in future frequency-constrained optimization research for power systems.
