摘  要:解列控制作为电力系统安稳控制的第三道防线,可保障电网在承受严重故障扰动后以最小代价维持稳定运行。现有的解列控制策略主要分为基于电网失步振荡中心定位的传统失步解列和基于电网故障场景信息量测的预测性主动解列。该文提出一种基于混合整数二阶锥规划的送端交流电网解列方法,其主要内容包括:1)通过松弛手段将系统的非线性潮流方程转化为线性方程,求解二阶锥规划问题即可得到潮流解。2)建立基于混合整数二阶锥规划的电网解列模型,基于系统的同调机组分群结果,求解以最小化不平衡功率为目标的解列断面,保障送端电网的安全稳定运行。文章最后通过仿真算例验证了所提策略的有效性。Splitting control, the third defense for the stability control of the power system, ensures the stale operation of the power grid with minimal costs after a severe fault disturbance. The existing splitting control strategies are mainly divided into the traditional out-of-synchronization splitting based on the positioning of the grid out-ofsynchronization oscillation center, and the predictive active splitting based on the measurement of grid fault scene information. This paper proposes a splitting method for the sending-end AC power grid based on a mixed-integer secondorder cone programming. Its main contents include: 1) by transforming the system’s nonlinear power flow equations into linear equations through relaxation means, the power flow solution can be obtained by solving the second-order cone programming problem;2) through establishing a power grid splitting model based on the mixed-integer second-order cone programming, the splitting section is solved with the goal of minimizing the unbalanced power to ensure the safe and stable operation of the transmission-end power grid. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
