摘 要:阻容分压器(RC voltage divider,RCVD)作为现代交/直流电网系统中不可缺少的主设备,需要保证高测量精度及测量稳定性。RCVD对地杂散电容及其内部温升已对RCVD的测量性能产生严重影响,进而影响交/直流电网安全可靠运行。该文提出一种用于改善阻容分压器测量性能的高精度测量技术,对比分析了传统RCVD与高精度RCVD的传变原理与误差影响,通过测量性能对比试验及型式试验验证了高精度测量技术的正确性与有效性。Resistor-capacitor voltage divider(RCVD), as an indispensable main device in modern AC/DC power grid systems, needs to ensure its high measurement accuracy and measurement stability. The stray capacitance of RCVD to the ground and its internal temperature rise have had a serious impact on the measurement performance of RCVD, thereby affecting the safe and reliable operation of the AC/DC power grid. In this work, a high-precision measurement technology for improving the measurement performance of resistivecapacitance divider is proposed. The transmission principle and error influence of the traditional RCVD and the high-precision RCVD are compared and analyzed. The correctness and effectiveness of high-precision measurement technology are verified by the comparative tests of the measurement performances and type tests.
