摘　　要：高原肺冲击伤是发生于高原地区的冲击伤,与平原冲击伤不相同,其伤情受冲击波致伤参数和高原低压缺氧环境的综合影响。本文就高原肺冲击伤的特点、致伤机制及救治进行综述。Plateau lung blast injury occurs in high altitude areas, which is different from the plain blast injury and is affected by the combination of shock wave injury parameters and the low-pressure hypoxic environment. This paper reviews the characteristics,mechanism, and treatment of plateau lung blast injury.
