摘　　要：为提升我军战时人员失温的预防和应对处置能力,通过对白银山地越野马拉松选手失温伤亡事件的发生原因、应急搜救处置、抢救治疗进行回顾与反思,进行我军战时失温伤员救治能力现状分析,从战时伤员失温诱因掌控、失温的防范应对能力提升、伤员失温救治力量建设等方面提出针对性策略建议。In order to improve the prevention and treatment ability of personnel hypothermia in wartime, this paper reviewed and reflected on the causes, emergency search and rescue treatment of casualties in Baiyin mountain cross-country marathon runners.It also analyzed the status quo of the treatment ability of wounded people with hypothermia in wartime. This paper put forward some specific strategies and suggestions from the aspects of controlling the casualty hypothermia inducement, improving the casualty hypothermia’s prevention and response-ability and building the treatment force of the casualty hypothermia.
