摘　　要：随着恐怖主义的扩散,脏弹恐怖袭击受到人们的重视。本文以我国城市遭遇脏弹恐怖袭击为假设,分析了其损伤特点,并探讨了医学救援时分类、去污洗消、心理救援和培训演练等环节的对策,以期增强医学救援能力。With the spread of terrorism, the terrorist attack of dirty bomb has attracted more attention. Based on the assumption that the city encountered a terrorist attack of dirty bombthe cities in our country were attacked by dirty bombs, this article analyzed the injury characteristicsanalyzes the characteristics of the damage, and discusses the countermeasures of classification, decontamination,psychological rescue, training and drills in medical rescue, so as to enhance the medical rescue ability.
