摘  要:研究3.0 T磁共振动态增强联合扩散加权成像对非肿块性乳腺病变的诊断价值。将2018年1月-2020年1月收治的120例非肿块性乳腺病变患者分为良性病变和恶性病变组,比较两组增强扫描及DWI诊断结果间差异。研究发现两组肿块形态(χ^(2)=11.245,P=0.000),内部强化(χ^(2)=39.531,P=0.000),患者的KUHL分型(χ^(2)=34.421,P=0.000)差异有统计学意义;联合诊断曲线下面积高于单独诊断。3.0 T磁共振动态增强联合扩散加权成像对非肿块性乳腺病变的诊断具较高诊断价值。The purpose of this study was to investigate the diagnostic value of 3.0 T magnetic resonance(MR)with dynamic contrast-enhanced imaging and diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)in non-mass breast lesions.A total of 120 patients with non-mass breast lesions admitted to our hospital between January 2018 and January 2020 were divided into benign and malignant lesions groups.The two groups were compared for the difference in diagnostic yield using contrast-enhanced imaging and DWI.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the shape(χ^(2)=11.245,P=0.000),internal enhancement pattern(χ^(2)=39.531,P=0.000),and time-signal intensity curve as described by Kuhl et al(χ2=34.421,P=0.000).The area under the curve of diagnostic yield using the both sequences was higher than that of either used alone.In summary,3.0 T MR with dynamic contrast-enhanced and diffusion-weighted imaging offers higher diagnostic value for non-mass breast lesions.
