摘　　要：红景天是一种多年生草本植物,其特有的化学成分,如红景天苷、酪醇、多糖等,可有效抑制心肌缺血-再灌注损伤、抗心力衰竭、降血脂、抗血栓形成、抗心律失常、辅助治疗高血压及改善高血糖。本文对近10年红景天在心血管疾病的药理作用研究进行综述,为以红景天及其有效成分为基础的心血管疾病抑制剂新药研发及临床用药提供参考。Rhodiola is a perennial herb, containing special chemical components, such as salidroside, tyrosol,polysaccharide, etc, effectively inhibits myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, resists heart failure and thrombosis and arrhythmia, reduces blood lipid, and improves hyperglycemia, has a adjuvant treatment for hypertension. In this paper, the pharmacological effects of Rhodiolarosea on cardiovascular diseases in recent 10 years are reviewed, which provides reference for the research and development of new cardiovascular disease inhibitors based on Rhodiolarosea and its effective components and their clinical use.
